WARRANTY

I will honor the manufacturer's warranty on all components.  Generally this is 12 months from the date of purchase.   Of course wheels that have been modified, abused, crashed, or not used for their intended purpose are not covered.  Normal wear and tear is also not covered.  Determination of these conditions is at my discretion. 

I am happy to inspect any wheel that is brought or sent to me.  All of my wheels use commonly available parts so it may be more economical to have the wheel repaired locally than to send it to me if you have had a problem.  You are responsible for the costs incurred in getting the wheel to me.  Upon inspection, if I deem there is a problem with the wheel then I will either repair or replace it at my discretion.  Do NOT expect me to refund money or compensate you for repairs done by a third party.  If you feel like you have a valid problem then contact me as soon as possible so that we can arrange to get it resolved.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Many companies offer crash replacement programs.  In my attempt to deliver the best product at the lowest price I simply do not have room to offer "deals" like that.  I am pretty certain that my selling price has less mark up than most manufacturer's crash replacement price. 

That being said I ride and even occasionally race my bike.  Stuff happens.  If you break a wheel or have a major problem then contact me.  I'll do my best to get you back on the road with either a repaired wheel or a replacement one at a reasonable cost.

RETURNS

Since most of my wheels are built to order returns are generally not accepted.  Again, I understand that stuff happens.  Please contact me if you have an unusual circumstance and your wheels are unused.
